    We are looking for a Bilingual HR Express Advisor for a one-year contract with one of our biggest clients in Distribution Industry

    - Perform all HR Administration and Data processing activities.
    - Must have 1-2 year experience in customer service or similar roles.
    - Must be knowledgeable in Payroll and HR department procedures and processes
    - Must understand the employment related legislation in all provinces.
    - Confident in both English and French

    Pay rate: Starting from $22/hr

    Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:
    - This position is responsible for all HR administration and data processing activities that are not completed through Manager and Employee Self Service functionality and supports HR processes related to onboarding, benefits administration, terminations, etc.
    - Provide friendly and knowledgeable front-line support for all general HR inquiries, either received via phone, email, or fax.
    - Research issues, provide answers, action where necessary, and document.

    Qualifications
    To begin your career with us, you’ll have:
    - Minimum - College Diploma preferably in Human Resources.
    - 1 – 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
    - Knowledge of Payroll and HR department procedures and processes (benefits, Retirement Savings Plans, compensation, learning and development, statutory holidays, overtime, taxes, and vacation).
    - Knowledge of the employment related legislation in all provinces
    - Confident in both English and French
