As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources within the organization. You will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and provide strategic guidance to senior management on HR matters.
You will also be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and employee development. Additionally, you will handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions, and foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and productivity.

-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
-Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
-Handle onboarding and orientation of new employees, including conducting new hire orientations and processing new hire paperwork.
-Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conducting investigations.
Qualifications
In this Bilingual HR Manager role located in Downtown Toronto you will need the following qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles.
