Schedule: daytime, office hours from Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
● Conduct account research and senior contacts
● Manage the follow-up of sales opportunities via inbound or outbound inquiries
● Assessing the needs and requirements of potential customers
● Answer questions about the company's products and services
● Redirect qualified opportunities to account managers
● Conduct online product demonstrations to potential customers
● Participate in various special projects.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree desired. DEC required.
● Minimum 2 years in inside sales or customer service.
● Minimum 2 years in technology companies
● Experience with sales management tools (CRM)
● Experience in B2B is an asset
● Good knowledge of the Web and social media
● Good knowledge of the use of CRM tools
● Excellent command of written English and French
● Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
● Excellent results in sales and appointment planning with managers
● Curiosity and passion for sales, change management, communications and technology
● Excellent teamwork skills
● Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
● Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
