Position - Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Insurance
Location: hybrid model (twice per month)
Salary: $61,000 to $64,000 annually plus signing bonus
This is a full time and permanent position with benefits starting day one!!
Hours of Operation:
Mon to Fri between 8am and 8 pm
(rotating shifts with full time hours)
Start Date: November 4th 2023

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries about insurance products
- Problem solving and attention to detail
- Building rapport with your customers
- Follow ups and call backs with customers
- Providing information on policies and recommendations to customers
- Making changes to policies and advising on coverage information
- Ongoing training on new products
- Meeting KPI’s
Qualifications
- Customer Service experience is required
- Fluent Bilingual (English/French) is required
- AMF license - personal lines required
- Experience in a call centre environment, insurance industry is an asset
- Attention to detail
- Passion to help customers and understanding their needs is key
