We have a need for a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative that might be the perfect next challenge for you! You will work for a key company in the Insurance and Financial sector, helping customers and learning lots!

As a Bilingual Customer Service Rep, you’ll ideally be committed to customer service and can think outside of the box to find solutions. If you’re someone who can stick to processes and has initiative to use the tools provided to help customers, you’ll make a great fit. You don’t need to have specific experience in the Insurance Industry in order to excel as a Customer Service Rep; all that’s needed is a drive to help customers and the willingness to learn!

We are looking for fluently bilingual candidates that are motivated and that have refined customer service skills. This is a customer service level 2 position which requires finesse and strong communication on the road to delivering world class service to customers!

As a Bilingual Customer Service Rep, you will support relationships with your clients by responding in a timely and accurate manner to all daily demands. These might include things like:
- You will action all requests and calls submitted by clients
- You’ll conduct research and collaborate with experts in relevant matters. This might mean making recommendations or decisions about given situations
- You will enter and maintain the information in multiple Computer Systems
- You will carry out various administrative duties and data entry
- You will need to intake calls and document required information using in-house tools
- You will absolutely need to uphold client confidentiality

Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in customer service (in the insurance sector or financial services would be considered an asset)
- Experience in office administration, data entry, call centre or clerical work would be considered an asset as well.
- Banking experience is a strong asset
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Must be fluent in both French and English
