Do you have previous call center or customer service experience? Are you bilingual in English and French? Do you have previous experience with conflict resolution? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Bilingual Loan Service Specialist for a 6 month contract in Montreal. This role has the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance!

Pay: $16-19/hour
Hours: Monday to Sunday anytime between 8am and 10pm. Shifts will be rotational based on business needs and performance. One shift will be on one day of the weekend

As a Bilingual Loan Service Specialist your duties will include but not be limited to:
• Perform in-bound/outbound collection calls to clients regarding pass due invoices/statements (early stage delinquency, courtesy calls)
• Answer incoming calls from clients regarding pass due invoices/statements
• Reduce client delinquency
• Interacting with customers, lawyers, branches and different professionals
• Perform other related Customer Service responsibilities as required

- Work for a top 5 bank in Canada
- Long term contract with potential to convert to a permanent role
- Gain further experience within a banking environment
- Competitive pay rate

- Bilingual in English and French
- 2 years of previous customer service or call center experience
- Conflict resolution experience
- Quick learner who is able to learn new software
- Self motivated
