Do you have strong customer service and computer skills? Are you bilingual in English and French? Do you have a good understanding of bank terms? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Bilingual Office Clerk for a 12 month contract in Montreal.

Pay: $20.00/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday; 7:30AM - 5:00PM flexibility required

As a Bilingual Office Clerk your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Strengthening relationships with partners on the phone
- Enter data into the system
- Complete client requests for copies of electronic transaction
- Adhere to banking policies and values
- Escalate any issues when necessary
- Responsibilities will be 80% on the phone and 20% in the back office of the bank

Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bilingual in French and English
- Great customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent Communication and Telephone Skills
- Strong typing skills

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in the financial or banking industry
