Our client, a major company in the field of accounting firms, is looking for a bilingual office clerk for their office in Montreal located Mont Royal near De la Savane metro station

- 37.5 hours / week;

Responsibilities
o Manage and maintain records with paper documents and electronic files;
o Scan, photocopy, assemble, fax and file various documents;
o Manage the inventory of office supplies, kitchen and office stationery;
o Maintain the conference rooms;
o Greet and assist customers;
o Receptionist replacement
o Manage and coordinate all responsibilities and tasks related to reception;
o Answer calls and forward them to the people concerned, as needed;
o Prepare outgoing mail, including registered mail;
o Sort and distribute incoming mail;
Qualifications
• Mandatory bilingualism (French and English spoken);
• Strong communication skills;
• Punctual and responsible;
• Good sense of organization and ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines;
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
