Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Operations Agent, your duties will include but not be limited to:
●Verifying if security registered through PPSA/RDPRM should be renewed or discharged.
●Performing land title and property tax searches/inquiries.
●Sending 3 year environmental acknowledgement requests to Clients.
●Reviewing various reports & complete investigations pertaining to security renewals
●Being responsible for scanning documentation for personal lending and Business Lending teams.
Qualifications
●1-2 years Previous bank experience is required
●Internal bank applications & CGE (Teranet) ,training will be provided
●Ability to multitask, willingness to learn
●English & French, proficient in both written & oral
