Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Operations Officer, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Being responsible for information gathering, verification, processing and advice.
•Balancing accounts, processing transactions
•Providing sound advice and solutions by consistently utilizing established customer service framework
•Providing subject matter expertise for internal and external parties
•Working closely in a team environment to meet individual and team driven benchmarks and service level agreements
•Utilizing existing data entry skills to balance speed and accuracy
•Making well informed decisions to mitigate loss
•Providing actively improvement suggestions and communicate valued input during huddles and meetings
Qualifications
•Bilingual (English/French)
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•Typing skills/data entry
•Fast paced and high-volume environment
•Demonstrate excellent time management skills
•High school is required.
•STRONG IN admin skills
•Proven communication, interpersonal and keyboarding skills
•Thrive well under pressure and tight timelines
•Positive relationship management skills
•Community involvement and advocate for Reward and Recognition Program
Nice to have:
•Previous banking experience/ financial/accounting - very strong nice to have (understands terminology)
•Post-secondary/undergrad is preferred
•Previous work with SLAs/ able to meet SLAs and understands what this means
•Previous work in a call center - customer service, resourcefulness, good judgment
•Knowledge of administrative applications, CIF, OCT Tool, etc. is an asset
