Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Operations Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
●Working on emails coming in for workflow
●Updating securities for commercial customers
●Following compliance, assess risk, registering products – loans, mortgages for Quebec registrations.
●Having expert knowledge of multiple tools and resources used to troubleshoot and complete client requests
●Ensuring adherence to established processes and client security guidelines.
Qualifications
●Post-secondary education is required
●Previous banking experience/financial institution is a must – for training and banking lingo knowledge
●French and English - Bilingual – write, read speak, strong communication skills
●Quick learner, able to work collaboratively and independently
●MS Suites: Excel – for documentation. General computer knowledge/tech savvy
●Previous work in a fast-paced environment, able to work in a stressful environment
●Previous business administration experience
Nice to Haves:
●Credit knowledge: Loans, mortgages is a strong asset
●Previous work with SLAs
