Our downtown client is looking for Quality Assurance Analysts to support their internal agents and clients. We are looking for qualified and motivated bilingual individuals who are fluent English and French. If you are a motivated individual with a great work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, then this role is for you. If you feel you are a leader or can see yourself one day transitioning to a leadership role, then this can be a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities Include:
Review procedures set in place
log and answer inquiries from team members
Score agents based on expectations
Attention to detail and maintaining thoroughness on predisposed criteria
This is a position is for a reputable company
Conveniently located downtown, steps from the Parliament
$17-20 per hour depending on experience
Professional team environment


Minimum 2 years call center, help desk experience, or quality assurance
Technical Support Experience is an asset
Must be available to work anywhere between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday
Must have Valid Security clearance
Excellent communication skills
Good problem solving and analytical skills
BA in Computer Science, Diploma, or relevant work experience or education is a strong asset
Must have knowledge of computers with a technical mindset
