Responsibilities
As a bilingual Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Contribute to the establishment, implementation and maintenance of the processes necessary for the proper functioning of the quality management system;
* Ensure ISO 9001 - ISO13485 and IATF 16949 certifications;
* Manage the quality support to the production;
* Ensure the proper handling of customer complaints (reception, action, customer feedback, analysis and implementation of corrective measures) and regulatory requirements (CMRT, RoHS, Reach, PMC, FDA,..)
* Identify the needs for improvement of the quality management system and inform the management on the level of operation of the quality management system and its policy;
* Ensure communication and awareness of standards, customer and regulatory quality requirements at all levels of the organization;
* Plan and control the implementation of internal and external quality audits (products, processes);
*Report the customer and internal quality performance to the management team ("scorecard");
* Promote the customer quality approach internally and ensure its application (corrective actions, 5 Why, etc.);
* Control and validate the quality assurance plans (PPAP, IQ, OQ, PQ) and the implementation of quality, preventive or corrective actions;
* Manage the plant's quality team
* Define the orientations in terms of training of the quality system;
* Participate in quality-customer meetings;
* Ensure the management and disposition of quarantines, deviations/derogations and inspections;
* Develop a culture and tools for improvement based on lean manufacturing;
* Ensure the maintenance and development of metrology;
* Ensure the validation and issuance of quality and regulatory certificates to customers and suppliers.
Qualifications
But as a bilingual Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager, you will need to have as background:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial or related)
* Bilingual English / French (daily use)
* Like to deal with urgency and know how to manage feeling
* Good knowledge of ERP and Microsoft 365
* Mastery of quality reference systems and tools (problem solving, statistical methods, good manufacturing practices and documentation)
* Mastery of team management tools
* (Asset) experience in the food or medical field
