Then we would love to hear from you! Our team is currently seeking a Bilingual Recruitment consultant, the great thing about it is that we don’t need past recruitment experience! Everything you will handle in the position will be trained. The ideal candidate will come ready to learn and be technology savvy.

    - Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

    Responsibilities
    - Identify candidates in our ATS system and connect with them through email or by phone.
    - Discuss opportunities with potential candidates and understand their interests
    - Effectively update files and interview notes
    - Communicate details effectively with the team
    - Have conversations with candidates in English and French
    - Update files and complete reports
    - Make the experience as smooth for all parties involved as possible

    Qualifications
    - Able to hold a conversation in English and French through written and verbal communication.
    - Strong organizational skills as well as time management
    - Ability to work well with others and communicate progress on tasks
    - Teamwork attitude and ability to see tasks through to completion
    - Ability to use Gmail, MS Office and Excel would be an advantage in this position
