Do you have 5 years of previous recruitment/ HR experience and are bilingual in English and French? Have you worked with Workday system and have overall knowledge of HR policies? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for a 6-month contract in Markham!

Pay rate: $25.00/hr
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (7.5 hours per day)

Job Responsibilities of a Recruitment Coordinator:

- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team by completing monthly/ quarterly reporting
- Scheduling interviews for recruiters
- Create external postings
- Review resumes and screen candidates
- Updating candidate status and closing requisitions in a timely manner

Qualifications
- 5+ yrs exp. as a Recruitment/HR Coordinator within a corporate env.
- Bilingual in English in French (written & verbal)
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service skills and problem resolution skills
- Exp. with Workday system (financial & human capital mgt. software system)
- Knowledge of overall HR and Talent Acquisition policies and processes
