Position - Bilingual Sales Agent - Insurance
Location: hybrid model
Salary: $43,000 annually plus commissions paid biweekly
This is a full time and permanent position with benefits starting day one!!
Hours of Operation:
Mon to Thurs - 7 am to 9 pm CST
Fri to Sat - 8 am to 7 pm CST
(rotating shifts with full time hours)
Required to work 1 evening shift/ week and 1 Saturday every 3 weeks
No Sundays
Start Date: September 16th 2022

Responsibilities
Making outbound sales calls from warm leads
Receiving inbound calls from customers
Meeting sales targets and other KPI’s
Occasional emails
Building rapport with your customers
Conducting needs analysis to understand customer needs
Providing information on policies and recommendations to customers to upsell products/services offered by the company
Qualifications
Customer Service experience required
Some sales experience is required
Bilingual (English/French) skills is required
Experience in a call centre environment, insurance and/or animal industry is an asset
Having a license for the insurance industry is an asset, but not required as you will be trained to get one (paid for by the company)
Passion to help customers and understanding their needs is key
