We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Support to work a temporary assignment. This role has the potential to turn permanent for the right candidate. A typical day in the role would consist of assisting the sales team, providing outstanding customer service in both English and French via verbal and written communication as well as inputting new client information in the database. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, enjoy working in a sales or customer service environment and have the desire to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities
- Engage potential new clients through lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
- Input, update, and maintain customer information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Preparation and follow up of customer quotations
- Close new business and onboard customers ensuring all required documents are received and the customer is set up as per internal procedure
- Manage new and existing relationships by creating rapport via regular contact and follow up
- Answer customer inquiries and concerns regarding product availability, pricing etc.
- Adhere to monthly Sales call targets and KPIs
- Learn and demonstrate solid product & services knowledge to ensure performance delivery
- Explore and identify customer and market trends and best practices to effectively prospect in our market
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and French
- One to two years’ experience in a Customer Service or administrative role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Self-starter, efficient, organized
- Capable of consistently producing high quality work under pressure and in a timely fashion
- Strong proficiency in order entry systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well with others and follow instructions
- Being flexible and adaptable to the work requirements
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and help the team when needed
