Responsibilities
Perform daily B2B collection efforts using various communication methods such as phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence
Review aging reports and update leadership on critical accounts
Review and approve credit limits
Reconcile accounts and apply payments
Resolve any discrepancies identified in the accounts
Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers
Manage customer credit limits
Collaborate with the sales team to bring delinquent accounts up to date.
Qualifications
-2+ years of credit/collections experience
-Post-secondary education
-Intermediate to advanced Excel
-Must be fully bilingual in French and English
-Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Summary
Compensation: 70,000 Approx
Location: North York / Etobicoke
