ROLE: Bilingual Service Administrator
LOCATION: South Edmonton, AB
TYPE: Permanent - Immediate

We are currently seeking for a Bilingual Service Administrator to join our expanding team. As an Edmonton based specialty distributor, located in South Edmonton, we have a proven history for to be a leader in challenging the boundaries of innovation and excellence to consistently exceed our clients expectations.

Reporting to the National Service Manager, the Service Administrator is the first point of contact for all customers calling into our Service Hotline. The Service Administrator must have a high level of solution based customer service skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to ensure our customers requests are met timely. Working closely with the Field Service Representative and Technicians, you will maintain and schedule preventative maintenance and emergency service calls for customers.

The Bilingual Service Administrator is responsible for a variety of administrative functions including but not limited to:

- Professionally represent the company's values and commitment to our customers and within the industry as a whole, with peers, competitors and industry representatives.
- Assist in the operation of the Service Centre to help; prioritize fast instrument turn around, warranty parts tracking, Field Service Representative (FSR) scheduling, document control and general efficiency.
- Receive, Document, Prioritize and Action all service requests generated by internal resources and external customers.
- Create Service Work Orders (SWO) and assign to FSR’s for completion. To assist FSR’s to prioritize the scheduling of weekly field work.
- Review, close and post all SWO’s.
- Create and maintain preventative maintenance schedule for all Service Agreements.
- Follow established procedures for the prioritized dispatch of FSR or Application Specialists to include; opening of initial case, allocating all resources required and establishing timelines for completion of intervention.
- Facilitate compliance reporting for Vendor Service Bulletins.
- Prepare service quotes for internal and external customers.
- Proactively communicate with customers after service work completion.
- Assist FSR’s with parts ordering and transfers as required.
- Complete all internal reporting responsibilities promptly and completely as required
- Other duties as assigned.

- Be fully French/English bilingual
- Have strong attention to detail & problem solving skills
- Enjoy working in a strong team dynamic, and be a positive contributor to that environment
- Be able to handle the pressure of meeting time sensitive deadlines
- Be career focused and interested in continuous learning, a natural curiosity
- Able to work with minimal supervision successfully, analyze information and pay attention to detail
- Be open to supporting team members on other tasks as required
- Previous experience as a service dispatcher or technical service representative would be an asset

Software Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Previous experience with MS Dynamics AX would be beneficial
