Responsibilities
•Display a proven track record of self-motivation, working independently, and taking initiative.
•Demonstrate strong communication skills & BILINGUALISM (French & English)
•Collaborate closely with Managers from the Microsoft Training and Implementation team.
•Lead the development of effective digital learning interventions, with a particular focus on system and software applications.
•Ensure the highest quality standards and user experience in the output of training content.
•Shape the training team's vision for digital learning by introducing and evaluating innovative tools, platforms, and styles.
•Engage learners through innovative and appropriate mediums for effective learning experiences, such as interactive PDFs, modular quizzes, webinars, eLearning, videos, and animations.
Qualifications
•Relevant qualifications in LMS, design and development are beneficial.
•Education requirements: A degree or equivalent education is desirable.
