    Are you a strong bi-lingual professional (French and English) and wish to leverage your language skills? Are you passionate about helping clients in a non-profit organization?

    Our client in Downtown Toronto is looking for a bilingual support coordinator who can help with donor relations and update information in the specified database system.

    This is a one-year contract with benefits and vacation.

    Responsibilities
    - Provide frontline support, including responding via calls and emails/letters to verify information and follow-up on financial transactions
    - Handle complaints professionally
    - Update supporter information in Raiser’s Edge
    - Communicate with supporters by phone/email/mail to thank them,
    - Send stewardship communications as needed, including renewal and thank-you letters to clients
    - Provide support to the Marketing and Development department as required.

    Qualifications
    - Fluent in English, with bilingual French fluency preferred. 
    - 1-3 years experience in donor support or customer representative position.
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with changing priorities
    - Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    - Experience in Raiser’s Edge is an asset. 
    - Experience in a donation-setting organization is an asset.
