As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support with the full cycle recruitment process which includes sourcing and engaging with candidates. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to identify market trends on an ongoing basis and support in achieving organizational recruitment and talent goals, as well as create a proactive talent pipeline with successful candidates.

Responsibilities
In this remote Bilingual Talent Acquisition role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Source and attract highly qualified talent to meet hiring objectives.
- Oversee the full cycle recruitment and selection process which includes sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, assessing, making job offers and employment packages.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to interview, assess, and reference candidates to select the best applicants.
- Manage recruitment information, talent activity, and trends, through the applicant tracking system and relevant tools.
Qualifications
For this remote Bilingual Talent Acquisition role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources
- Fully bilingual in English and French is a requirement
