Responsibilities
As a bilingual team lead of customer service team in Brossard, your responsibilities will be :
- Support Sales and Relationship Manager in budget development and planning.
- Achieve strategic priorities and targets outlined in the operating plan.
- Provide training, guidance, and tools to the team on product knowledge, sales, and customer service.
- Act as Key Account Manager for top-tier customers, ensuring service level and profitability expectations are met.
- Implement strategies to optimize customer mix, sales, pricing, and retention.
- Lead and manage a team of 7 people, including hiring, training, and performance feedback.
Qualifications
In order to succeed as a Bilingual Team Lead of customer service team in Brossard, here’s what you need:
- Minimum 3 years of Team Lead, Sales & Management experience, preferably in a B2B setting
- Strong customer service skills and ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Bilingual fluency (English + French ) required
