Are you looking for an opportunity to stretch your tech-savvy muscles? Are you able to troubleshoot tech problems for your friends and family? Do you enjoy helping people resolve their tech issues? Well we may have the next job for you!

We are looking for Bilingual Technical Support Agents (with reliability clearance) to work right in the heart of Downtown Ottawa! You’ll be working a stone’s throw away from parliament hill! This is a contract position that can be renewed after 6 months, and does require flexibility in terms of availability as you’ll be helping out clients that are never closed!

As a Bilingual Technical Support or Bilingual Help Desk Agent you’ll be helping out clients with their technical issues. You’ll be working on tickets and escalating any issues to the appropriate agents! Working from the beautiful downtown Ottawa office, you’ll be able to grow your experience in a professional and encouraging environment!

What You’ll be doing:
- Answering calls from clients that are calling the service desk
- Working on tickets and escalating any issues to the appropriate agent
- Resolving customer problems using relevant tools and systems
- Make sure to observe strict compliance to learnings

Qualifications
What You’ll bring to the role:
- Reliability or Secret clearance
- Must be fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- You’ll have some help desk, call center, or service desk experience
- You’re available for rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnights as required
- You have excellent communication skills in both official languages
- Great troubleshooting skills
- Be comfortable with computers and be technically inclined

Some Nice to haves:
- Written and spoken Spanish
- Degree in Computer Science
