We're hiring a Bilingual Technical Support Representative for our partner who specializes in providing hardware, software, and network technical support solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and technical support through various communication channels, such as telephony, portal tickets, emails, and web chat.
You'll use advanced tools like CareAR and remote desktop tools to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, and validate customer entitlements.
The position requires troubleshooting skills, technical aptitude, and empathy.
Bilingual Tech Support Representative
Onsite -Montreal LAVAL Office
Monday to Friday 7am- 5 pm
$20 per hour

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Technical Support Representative, you will:
- Deliver excellent customer experience by listening attentively, showing empathy, and acting with urgency; handle service concerns with professionalism
- Resolve hardware, software, and networking issues on the first contact using System, CareAR, and/or software tools
- Proactively communicate the benefits of diagnosing and resolving issues
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience policies and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and software
- Be performance-focused by providing great experiences and resolving technical issues, making sound business decisions on each interaction.
Qualifications

-Technical support experience preferred, including troubleshooting technology issues (Xbox, PlayStation, mobile devices, software, computers, printers, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills
