Position: Bilingual Transfer Agent Processing
Contract until April 2024
Location: Must be local to the Montreal or surrounding area.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday
8:00AM - 8:00PM
Salary - $24 - $28 / hr

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Distributing all incoming operational mail, cheques, and faxes to all related business units
- Preparation of the documents, scanning, image validation/classification, and distribution of work items to all business units
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all operational documents for scanning and imaging
- Scanning of cheque and non-cheque documentation

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual in French and English is mandatory
- Completion of a College Diploma at a minimum is required (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply) - or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-year work experience, preferably in the financial industry
- Completion of the Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) is an asset
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Thrive in a workplace culture that promotes collaboration, diversity and belonging
- Flexible and adaptable
- Strong computer/keyboarding skills
