Our established client in the legal industry has a fantastic Billing Coordinator opportunity within their growing finance team. This prospect offers a 4-month contract with the potential of becoming permanent. Located in Downtown Toronto, this is an exceptional opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large, well-known Canadian law firm and begin advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing and processing client invoices
- Managing client accounts
- Assisting with finalizing invoices
- Preparing and processing credit notes and invoice cancellations as needed
- Entering invoices into the internal billing system
- Assisting with the year-end audit as needed
- Client correspondence via telephone and or email
- Answering all incoming inquired related to invoices and billing accounts
- Assisting with special projects as needed
- All other related duties as required


- Post-secondary education is a must, preferably specialization in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 1 year of progressive work experience in billing
- Working knowledge of accounting and billing process
- Experience in the legal industry is a strong asset
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
