Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of Accounting experience across various functions including Billing, AR and AP and possess advanced Excel skills as well as min. 1-2 years of Administrative experience. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
This position offers 2-3 remote work days per week with the on site days in Mississauga. Because it is a contract role, only qualified applicants in the GTA who are not currently working, will be contacted.

Responsibilities
Monitor Accounts Receivable report and update accordingly
Monitor and update accrual balances
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
Generate billing reports
Audit and approve weekly claims requests
Support customers and internal teams with Accounting and Administrative needs as requested
Qualifications
3+ years Accounting experience across various functions including Billings, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Additional 1-2 years of Administrative experience
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Strong communication skills
Working knowledge of SAP is an asset
