Responsibilities
- Maintain existing contract agreements and renewals and prepare new client contract proposals.
- Answer calls/ emails from clients who have requests, concerns and complaints.
- Build long-standing relationships with clients but gaining their trust and by delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Prepare all quotations for clients and follow up with client on approvals and involve the project once completed.
- Prepare monthly billings and invoices as outlined in contracts.
- Maintain all client files
- Coordinate with landscape/maintenance team to ensure the correct services are done and invoice amounts are correct
- Update product pricing in Microsoft access
Qualifications
-Excellent verbal and Written Communication skills
-MUST have experience with complex invoices
-Must have 3-5 years experience in the same job or minimum7 years invoice experience
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access
-Prior work experience in the Landscape or construction industry is an asset
-Tech savvy- able to learn new computer software programs easily
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
