We are currently looking for a Billing Administrator to support our client, a leading Canadian bank, in their Downtown Toronto office (though working from home to begin). In this role you will work full time hours on a 12 month assignment, and earn a pay rate of $22 per hour. As a Billing Administrator, your main goal will be to compile data, compute fees and charges, and prepare invoices for billing purposes. This will include but not be limited to:

• Reconcile billings that are already captured
• Balance and reconcile batch control totals with source documents or computer listings in order to locate errors, encode correct amounts, or prepare correction records.
• Reconcile and post receipts for cash received by various departments.
• Manage emails, request for change of cost allocation and all related escalations

Qualifications
• Overall 2 to 4 years of similar billing experience required
• Great attention to detail is required for this role
• Experience using MS Excel (Intermediate Level) vlookup, pivot tabling etc is a must
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
• Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed
