Responsibilities
What will you do
-Reconciliation of accounts within the Legal Department
-Preparing reports and account status updates
-working with a large amount of data entry daily
-Issuing invoices
-Preparing reports and working closely with managers
- Working with Excel spreadsheets and numbers
-Communication with clients and following up on all inquiries
Qualifications
-previous 2-3 years of administrative experince in the accounting or finance industry
-Ability to flourish in a high-pressure/tight deadline-driven work environment
-Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel) is a must.
-High attention to details
-Proven ability to work in a team and good written and verbal communication
- Ability to understand numbers and calculations
-Team player with a positive attitude
