Our client is looking for an Billing / invoicing clerk to join their accounting team in Ville Mont-Royal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a related position.

Responsibilities
- Manage returns and/or replacements for merchandise
-Review invoices to be paid and validate that the prices correspond to the contracts with the various suppliers
- Compare invoices, receiving slips and purchase orders to ensure that quantities, description and prices are consistent and correct discrepancies if any;
- Ensure that invoices are approved by authorized individuals;
- Enter invoices and credit notes into accounting systems;
- Verify and reconcile supplier statements;
- Follow up on credits issued by suppliers;
- Maintain professional contact with suppliers;
Qualifications
- DEP, AEC, DEC in accounting
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Advanced English, functional French, Spanish and asset
