Responsibilities
Ensure any billing process inquiries are handled quickly and efficiently
Prepare invoices and forward to the appropriate contact or department as required
Monitor and review outstanding bills and follow up with the appropriate internal or external teams to ensure payment is made
Communicate with vendors and customers to investigate and resolve issues
Prepare various reports and spreadsheets related to billing and receivables
Work with the finance department to ensure that contract specifications are up-to-date and procedures are followed
Complete any online status reports
Work to reduce delinquent payments for assigned accounts
Qualifications
Min. 5 years' experience in high volume Billings and Collections
Advanced Excel knowledge
Proficiency with QuickBooks/Oracle is an asset
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
