We are recruiting for an experienced Billing Specialist opportunity located in North York, I am eager to connect with Talent that has the right attitude and skill set to match the role requirements and culture fit as detailed above and below!

As the Billing Specialist, your duties and responsibilities will include;

• Creating high volume client invoices, following client specific working instructions and supporting documentation.
• Troubleshooting, identifying, investigating, interpreting and resolving discrepancies and other related problems/concerns
• Uploading and Submitting Invoices to client portals including supporting documentation.
• Amend any rejected invoices
• Assist Team Lead in preparing any necessary client reporting.
• Assist the Team Lead in preparing any inter-company billing.
• Assist the Team Lead in preparing any OKR Site Representative billing.
• Assist the Team Lead in preparing weekly, monthly and yearly Sales Reconciliations
• Managing any billing related queries
• Other ad-hoc duties as required


• $50K-$55k
• North York Location

1-2 years experience Billing Experience
University Graduate in Accounting or Finance
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Strong Attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Proficient knowledge in Excel
