We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled bilingual customer service representative to join our clients parts department in the heating industry in the central Ville Saint Laurent area.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both English and French is a must, as you will be interacting with customers from all over Canada.
Schedule: 8am to 5pm - Monday to Friday
Hours per week: 40 hours
Salary: $55,000 to $65,000

Responsibilities
- Answering customer inquiries over the phone, email & in person
- Providing technical support for parts inquiries and troubleshooting
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and escalate issues to management as needed
Qualifications
- Fluency in both French and English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with Systeme Kumba is preferred
- Prior experience in customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical proficiency in relevant areas, such as heating systems or parts.
