We have an exciting opportunity for Blow Molding Technicians with a highly reputable packaging company in the Vaughan area.
The Blow Molding Technician will execute the entire changeover process from mold, tooling, head removal to mold, tooling head installation, changeover of all downstream equipment, material/resin changes, and start-up of the machine in a safe manner.

The Technician is responsible to maintain the quality of the product while meeting the established production goals. Working closely with the Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities
Set-up and troubleshoot blow molding machines
Overall quality, cycle times, machine performance, reducing down-time & scrap reduction
Overseeing quality control procedures. consistency to maintain a stable process and product quality goals
Minor repairs to blow molding and auxiliary equipment
Works well in team environment achieving shift goals
Qualifications
Experience with extrusion blow molding operating and processing experience
Experience with single, dual and triple parison heads and some shuttle experience
Hands-on experience performing mould changes, set-up and troubleshooting
Understanding of Vacuum systems and ability to set-up material blender units
Good working knowledge and ability to navigate a PC windows environment, including shared drives
