    Are you a bookkeeper that has a solid background in cash and treasury for a minimum of 2 years with a Canadian company?

    Do you have a strong working relationship with the banks in a treasury function?

    Have you ever worked in real estate or construction? This is not a must but a nice to have...

    Would you like to work in a smaller team where you can be exposed to multiple functions in an office?

    We are seeking an individual with a high degree of integrity, accuracy and efficiency for a well-known and stable organization in the heart of Toronto!

    Advantages
    - Base salary 70K to 80K;
    - Brand new office at Spadina and Davenport in Toronto (near the subway);
    - Working under the CFO and CEO - very close work relationship;
    - Excellent compensation package and benefits!
    - Working with an experienced recruiter with over 25 years of experience to negotiate the best compensation on your behalf!

    Responsibilities
    - Execute vendor, employee, shareholder, governmental and intercompany payments (wires, payments, cheques and transfers);
    - Ability to work with multiple bank accounts and volume of transactions;
    - Daily cash reconciliation;
    - Prepare and update daily cash position and cash forecast
    - Execute FX trades;
    - Assist with bank account opening, closing and maintenance;
    - Assist with analyzing and reporting bank fees;
    - Manage credit card transactions and payments;
    - Adhoc administration.

    Qualifications
    · 3 years of experience in credit, accounting and/or treasury operations.
    - Ideally, we are seeking 10 to 20 years of experience...
    · Strong computer and data analysis skills including intermediate excel skills (using pivot tables, basic charts/formulas)
    · High attention to detail and a strong commitment to ensuring deadlines are met
    · Strong analytical skills and takes initiative to solve problems
    · Ability to work independently and as part of larger finance and accounting team
    · Works well under pressure with multiple concurrent deadlines
    · Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of professional interaction with various levels of operations and external business partners.
