Randstad is currently seeking a dependable Bookkeeper for one of our clients in Downtown Toronto for a 6 month contract to join their dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' of experience in professional services, have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and the ability to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
o Full cycle accounting and financial transactions
o Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
o Preparing journal entries as needed
o Preparing and processing invoices
o Processing payroll
o Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
o Setting up vendor accounts as needed
o All other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:
o Post-secondary education, specializing in Accounting or Finance
o Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
o Minimum 2-3 years’ of relative experience in professional services
o Proficiency in MS Office, Excel
o Working experience using QuickBooks is an asset
