Branch Manager – Industrial Tools
Southwestern Ontario - $85K

Our client, a large manufacturer, and distributor of industrial tools and products is currently looking for a Branch Manager for their office in Southwestern Ontario. They are looking for a strategic leader who is capable of organic and strategic sales execution as well as the ability to work with and motivate cross-functional teams.

What you’ll be doing:
• Participation in the development of the company’s business strategy
• Closely monitor the competitors, markets, products, threats and business opportunities, and take the necessary actions
• Provide effective management of sales territories and guide efforts to achieve the desired sales and profits
• Engage with major clients to better understand their needs and optimize the partnership – proposals, costing, quotes, etc.
• Responsible for hiring representatives, ensure their marketing training as well as their development

• Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus bonus

• At least 5 years of sales experience, specifically in mechanical, technical sales, similar industry
• Min 5 years of experience managing a branch
• A self-starter who is results-driven, competitive, professional and a team player.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency with MS Office and other related programs.
• Solid track record of sales results.
