    Our client, a growing bank company, is providing financial solutions to individuals and businesses across Canada. To support their growth, they are looking for a Branch Manager to develop business relationships with clients and local associations while overseeing the team and branch operations.

    Work Location: Vancouver, BC
    Working Hour: Monday to Friday; 8:45am to 5:15pm
    Directly Reports To: Head of Retail Banking

    Advantages

    Responsibilities
    -Oversee branch operations including deposit generation, mortgage, and sales of other banking products
    -Lead and coach team to expand client base and branch operations
    -Create business plan and financial budget for the branch
    -Review and maintain compliance with the set regulations
    -Guide and enforce branch standards of operations to ensure highest quality of service
    -Develop a positive harmonious working atmosphere within the team
    -Continue to seek improvement opportunities to streamline work process

    Qualifications
    -Proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese is required
    -Undergraduate degree with over 5 years of relevant experience
    -A leader with extensive knowledge of advanced customer service and mortgage/residential credit processes, policies, programs and systems
    -Strong communication skills to liaise with customers, employee and cross functional teams
