• Dashboard requirements analysis and prototyping
• Business process mapping and data governance
• Analysis of security requirements and data segregation needs
• Data profiling and quality assessments
• Develop and execute test plans
• Project and sustainment documentation
Qualifications
Must have
• A recognized degree or certificate in Business Administration, Computer Science or MIS
• 2-5 years of business analysis, particularly in reporting/analytic areas
• 1-2 years of writing SQL queries
• 1-2 years of SSAS and/or Power BI
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
• Experience with business intelligence tools and reporting
• Good written and spoken skills
• A self-starter and a team player
Summary
Preference will be given to candidates with the following:
• Demonstrated superior analytical, problem solving and judgement skills
• Ability to learn and quickly comprehend technical and business concepts
• Experience with master data management
• Experience with dashboard development
• Experience working with Power BI DAX
• Experience working with Oracle SQL
• Ability to work well under pressure and able to manage simultaneous priorities, pressures, and deadlines
• Experience working with customer, financial, or property systems/applications
• Experience working for public agencies and/or social service organizations
