Business Analyst, Enterprise Mobility

As a Business Analyst with our client, you’ll receive:

Responsibilities
Drive operational improvements within Enterprise Mobility team
Process improvement/documentation to revamp entire Jira Conflence
Participate in team planning and lean in where help may be needed
Create and maintain reporting dashboards
Provide accurate and timely analysis of EM data
Continue to identify opportunities for improvement and organize efforts/team members needed to address the areas of improvement
Remain current on industry best practices and emerging technologies


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 5 years of experience working as a Business Anayst in Information Technology sector
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Comfort working in complex and large-scale environments
Experience with Reporting and Analytics;  experience with PowerBI is a preferred
Successful track record delivering quality results on complex cross-functional projects
