Business Analyst - Fleet Sustainability Initiative

As a Business systems Analyst with our client, you’ll receive:

Responsibilities
Senior Business Analyst with a strong understating of
fleet operations to support in the creation of a sustainable fleet management strategy.
The organization’s fleet represents a large portion of corporate fuel usage and
resulting GHG emissions, and strategies to manage and reduce these emissions are
critical. In this role proponent will work with cross functional, senior stakeholders,
and senior leaders to create and implement a Green Fleet Strategy.
They will leverage data to create actionable reports and recommendations that
improve processes and procedures, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve
program effectiveness and outcomes with a proactive view to sustainability. 

Responsibilities:
-Identify current state and provide recommendations on modernization, fleet
renewal and replacement planning strategies focused on environmentally conscious solutions
- Provide recommendations on how to reduce environmental impact
- Provide recommendations of end to end fleet management improvements

including but not limited to:
 Fuel efficiency and GHG emissions targets
 Implementation strategies
 Roles and responsibilities
 Milestones
 Monitoring, measuring, and reporting
 Key performance indicators
 Budget and cost
 

Qualifications
-The idea candidate will possess a thorough understanding of alternative fuel
automotive vehicle systems, components, and maintenance practices with
additional experience in Commercial Vehicle regulations, preventative
maintenance programs, and industry fleet maintenance standards and
associated costs
- Must be able to work independently with little instruction. Ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders and leadership
-Communicate effectively across functions and business (procurement, finance,
technology, etc)
-Track record of successful project in the sustainability and fleet management
space
- 5+ years experience as a business analyst
