What will you do?
As a Business Analyst with our Downtown Vancouver client, you will:
• Evaluate current processes, perform data analysis and recommend new solutions which reduce costs or extend current capabilities.
• Create supplemental requirement artifacts: process flows, context diagrams, use cases, and wireframes.
• Establish traceability between business requirements, technical requirements, and architecture design.
• Utilize Project management, business analysis and operational skills.
• Map and illustrate the connection between applications and the flow of data throughout the technology ecosystem.
• Understand digital marketing platform integrations with IT systems.
• Collaborate with business partners, technology resources, architecture, and quality assurance teams to translate and streamline requirements.

How do you qualify?
Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience.
To qualify for the Business Analyst role with our Downtown Vancouver client, you must have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience using SQL to perform basic queries and analysis.
• Experienced in capturing requirements and delivering in an Agile environment (JIRA).
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop strong interdepartmental and cross functional working relationships within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to explain technical details to non-technical person in business terms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office technologies (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Power Point).

What additional experience do you bring?
To be considered for the Business Analyst role with our Downtown Vancouver client, it’s an asset to have:
• Experience with Marketing Clouds (Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle) a strong asset.
• Experience working with customer data in a B2C retail and/or ecommerce company.
