Our North Vancouver client is seeking to hire a Business Analyst (OmniChannel), on a long term contract with a high possibility of extension. What will you do?
As a Business Analyst with our North Vancouver client, you will:
• Gather requirements using effective business analysis techniques.
• Create understandable visual representations to communicate complex concepts/models for various target audiences.
• Translate business requirements into detailed and actionable specifications.
• Document detailed user stories, process flows, system flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and document business process changes and improvements.
• Facilitate and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain process and systems documentation as business and systems evolve.
• Organize/lead product demo sessions, coordinate user training, and arrange special hardware requirements with IS Infrastructure Manager.
• Compile project scope, activities, and expenditures of projects eligible for funding programs.

How do you qualify?
To qualify for the Business Analyst role with our North Vancouver client, you must have:
• A post-secondary degree in a relevant field, completion of a recognized Business Analysis program, and/or equivalent business experience.
• 3-5 years’ professional Business Analysis experience (requirements gathering/requirements analysis).
• Experience working in an Agile methodology.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of analytical and critical thinking.
• strong troubleshooting skills.
• Highly flexible and adaptable.
• Solid understanding of data models (ERDs).

What additional experience do you bring?
To be considered for the Business Analyst role with our North Vancouver client, It’s an asset to have:
• Experience with working in the (Outdoor) Apparel industry.
• Experience with different technologies and application integrations using service layers.
• Experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience using JIRA.
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, and mobile.
• OmniChannel project experience.
