• Support transformation & governance activities
• Enhance end user experience through APIs/automation
• Align with the needs of the business to achieve cost savings/efficiencies

Project Name: Mobile Globalization – Provisioning, Service Request Management and Automation

Daily Responsibilities:
• Requirements gathering
• Process mapping & documentation
• Reporting & data analytics
• Vendor management
• Quality assurance
• Project support

• Excel (advanced – complex formulas, pivot tables, macros)
