Reporting to the Supervisor of Program Development, the business analyst collaborates with stakeholders to gather data, perform analysis, and design solutions that increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you will do:
•Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights, and validate process inefficiencies
•Document current and proposed business processes using tools such as flowcharts, diagrams, and process maps to identify inefficiencies and areas of opportunity.
•Support execution teams to identify opportunities for improvements, including streamlining and standardizing processes, tools and templates as well as identifying opportunities to utilize automation and technology solutions
•Monitor and measure the impact of process improvements to ensure they achieve the desired results
Who you are:
•University degree in Business, or related construction or operational training and/or experience with 6 or more years of previous related experience in process improvement, with a focus on lean methodologies and tools
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
•Experience with process mapping, flowcharting, and other process improvement tools (Visio)
•Professional registration in a related designation is an asset, Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
•Experience with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall.
Working Conditions:
•Office environment
•Stress levels can be above normal as project work is deadline oriented, highly visible and numerous priority project tasks are conducted simultaneously
•Some travel may be required within Canada and United States
