Our large client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a 3 month contract in Calgary. The client is doing leading edge software development and is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team . The successful candidate will be working with the Business, Solution Architects, and developers including supporting Product Owners by defining business domains, creating user stories and more!
Responsibilities include:

• Requirements gathering through one on one meetings and workshop facilitation
• Process and data mapping
• Vendor and product research
• Requirements gathering
• Liaison between the business and technical teams
• Develop use cases
• Testing including test coordination, planning and executing
• Continuous business process improvement

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst and new product development projects
• Proven ability to liaison between technical teams and business owners
• Experience on software development projects doing both process and data mapping
• Experience with Agile Development projects
• Experience coordinating, planning and executing testing activities
• Experience using such tools as JIRA, ARIS, Confluence, etc.
• Experience working in an Entrepreneurial environment with complex and at times ambiguous needs
