Responsibilities
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Use data-based decision methodologies to analyze the customer journey and identify business opportunities
• Cultivate relationships with global peers in other client markets to better align to global standards as well as leverage/influence processes and systems across markets.
• Actively support and optimize the systems and processes in your domain by promoting; defect fixes, frequently occurring support problems, and efficiency drains into your backlog.
• Actively communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders through information sharing, listening sessions, training programs and clear documentation.
• Keep up to date on the industry and products in the omni-channel landscape; turn this research into actionable recommendations to accomplish business objectives.
• Act as a system SME, understanding how stakeholders use these systems and providing vision and assistance to teams in getting the most from the capabilities we enable
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Familiarity with agile tools like Jira and Confluence
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while ensuring deadlines are met
• Excellent Reporting and analytical skills
• Knowledge of SQL
• Active learner, self-starter and have a curious nature
• Post-secondary education in business analytics, business administration, information technology or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Nice to Have
• PMP/CBAP certification is an asset
• Retail and/or Financial Services Experience
