• Manage process around documentation updates
• Support process improvements with process mapping, procedure updates, etc.
• Reporting and progress tracking
• Facilitate discussions regarding process improvements
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum (5+) five plus years of relevant industry experience
• Must be results oriented and possess strong skills in the areas of team facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, process mapping, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project management
• Strong analytical skills are mandatory
• Strong facilitation skills are mandatory; must be able to lead meetings efficiently, encourage healthy discussions to gather required information to make decisions, and achieve the meeting objectives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Competent at identifying needs based on business objectives, formulating a plan of action and effective execution of the plan
• Demonstrated ability to be self-sufficient, self-motivated, and proactive
• Must be a forward thinker, with a vision of how to extract opportunities from ambiguous business problems.
• Must understand product and agile delivery and be comfortable working with minimal direction
• Effectively manage and complete multiple, concurrent assignments to meet deadlines
• Must possess the ability to translate knowledge obtained into appropriate action
• Must be able to effectively manage and execute tasks with multiple conflicting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft suite of tools (excel, word, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform suite of tools (Power BI, Power App, Power Automate) would be an asset
• Experience with supporting or creating documentation and experience editing documents is also considered an asset.
• Experience with projects and project coordination

The Intermediate Business Analyst will manage business processes, support continuous process improvement and other process administrations. They will additionally provide project coordination and facilitation support and help manage documentation databases.
